Use of the service
Vertofi provides predictive financial intelligence and accounting automation. You are responsible for the accuracy and timely submission of source data you connect.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed per the pricing you select (monthly or longer terms), excluding GST. You may upgrade or downgrade as your needs change.
Accuracy & warranties
Specific accuracy commitments (including Accounting Warranty+) are described in your plan and are subject to timely data submission and the conditions stated in your agreement.
